Looks like I’ll be working tonight. I may bring my laptop. I’m not sure. :l
"I’m not asking you to replace him or forget him… And I don’t want to replace him. And maybe you’ll never love me like you loved him… But you don’t even want to try? Give me a chance, Roxy." He softly murmured, reaching up to wipe her tears.
"I know. I know no one will replace him. I just don’t know if I am ready yet. I know it’s been years, but it’s not that simple. Yes, I am afraid but I don’t know if my heart is also ready." Sure she was nervous on this change, but her heart was ready. She found herself falling for the man, and it did scare her. Isabella was nervous but in a way she was already looking for another excuse. Truth was, she was also afraid of losing Fitz. What if a repeat happens?
"Stephen stop—" She said, her voice cracking as she spoke. "Stop, I’m not—I’m not trying to do that." She murmured. She was trying to get in touch with her feelings and herself and she just—It was hard. It was way too hard for her. "Please, I’m just—"
"Look, I really don’t want to talk about it right now. Just go to sleep. Okay?" He sighed, placing a few pillows down on the floor and dropping himself down to rest his head on the pillows. "Besides, tomorrow you are just going to forget about this all anyways."
"Why don’t you come back to bed, babe? You’ve been working hard all night long."
James raised both of his eyebrows when the little girl asked if they wanted to play Twister. James wasn’t as young as he used to be, but he didn’t mind giving the game a try for old time sake. “If I can do it, you can do it.” He teased as he kissed her cheek. He helped Rosie set up the mat before kicking his shoes off and stretching a little bit. “Rosie, sweetie, go easy on momma and me, okay?” His smile widened as he ruffled her hair, but she was already to into the game. Already she was spinning and before he knew it he had one hand on yellow and one foot on blue. The three were easily tangled up, and at one moment, he was almost sitting on the older girl. “Well, you did always like my butt.” He teased as he wiggled just a bit to see if anyone would fall down. “You two are very good at this.” He said trying to keep his balance. Once again he had to move his hand, but he still kept his balance and was determined to finish the game, or at least try to.
Soon Isabella found herself bending down with both hands and feet on the ground. “Don’t make me head butt you, Mr. Rogers.” Sure Isabella was always so friendly and sweet, but when it came to games she could get a bit competitive. “One of us girls will win, I think the male in the house will definitely be the loser.” She smirked moving her foot to the next location, finding herself almost in the splits. Of course Rosie was pretty much in the splits with her shorter legs. Soon enough Isabella toppled on over James, “Oh no!” She laughed, rolling on her back onto the ground. “Fail.”

Dating or finding someone is the last thing on my mind, because I can’t picture how it could work with the way my life is.
